Major Lloyd Jones (Ret’d), MBA, MSc., AFNI
Major Jones (a retired military officer) has decades of senior leadership experience that spans both the public and private sectors. He served as the CEO Belize Port Authority (BPA) post-privatization where he led the transformation of the BPA from a port operator to a port regulator.
Major Jones has held several other senior leadership positions in the public sector: Chairman of the BPA; Vice Chairman of the University of Belize; Chairman of the Belize Tourism Board’s tour operators licensing committee; Head of Belize’s delegation to the International Maritime Organization (MEPC); Director, Port of Belize Limited.
Major Jones holds an MBA (Merit) from Middlesex University, UK, an MSc (Energy and Sustainable Development) (Merit) from De Montfort University, UK.
He has also done several professional development courses including Accounting; Business Law; Integrated Urban Transport Planning, Offshore Oil Field Development; Saving Energy through Energy Savings Performance Contracts, Climate Change- Risks & Opportunities for the Finance Sector, Intro to Disaster Risk Management, and Simulation Tools for Energy Efficiency in Caribbean Buildings.
Mr. Kyler Jones BSc. CAMLFC
Mr. Kyler R. Jones is the Group’s Chief Operating Officer. Drawing on more than a decade of experience from the Port of Belize to the Belize Port Authority, Kyler combines precision with visionary leadership across logistics, cargo management, institutional development, maritime operations, and compliance.
His work bridges innovation and sustainability, advancing projects in climate resilience, decarbonization and energy transition, and port efficiency that redefine how trade and the environment coexist in a world defined by constant change and volatility.
His contributions extend into climate action and sustainable development, notably through his role in the development of Belize’s National Action Plan for Maritime Decarbonization, the National Maritime Transport Policy, and representation on behalf of Belize at regional and international fora including the International Maritime Organization.

We are working to become Belize’s largest developer of long-term rental units. We offer high-end affordable units under lease arrangements. Our vision is to have 400 units completed by 2040.
Our signature building is in Orange Walk Town (OW) and another (also in OW) is due to start construction shortly. Our expansion strategy will soon see us in Belmopan and Belize City.
